Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be Returned or Exchanged.

  • All request for Returns/ Exchanges must be received by our customer service dept. within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • All Returns/ Exchanges must be received back in New condition.

To initiate a return or exchange please send an email to support@binoproducts.com with your order # and reason for Return / Exchange. A customer service representative will get back to you with a Return Authorization # and instructions to complete your Return/ Exchange.

Please do not send any Returns or Exchanges without a Return Authorization #.
